What should I expect in my consultation?
The purpose of an initial consultation is to find out how we can help you, and to provide you with some initial advice and direction for your migration plans. Initial consultations generally take from 30 mins to an hour, depending on the complexity of your matter.
Following your consultation, we will provide you with an email summarising the main points of discussion, along with the visa options which may be available to you. This will enable you to make an informed decision on your next steps.
If your matter requires ongoing work (e.g. preparation and submission of a visa application or preparing correspondence to Department of Home Affairs on your behalf) we will send you a Fee Estimate outlining all services to be performed and associated costs. If you have any questions about the documentation that you receive after your initial appointment you can contact us at any time for clarification or further information.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Please bring your passport, evidence of your current visa, and any other documents you feel are relevant to your matter. If you are having your consultation via TEAMS you can email your documentation through to us or upload it via your our portal.
What are the costs?
The cost of a one-hour initial consultation is $250 including GST if you are currently in Australia. There are no further costs until you decide to proceed with your migration plans. Should you wish to proceed with our services, you will be provided with a fee estimate and client agreement to proceed with your matter.
Can I access an interpreter?
If you require and interpreter, we are able to assist with arranging this. Pease advise us of your need for an interpreter when making your consultation booking. Interpretation services are payable (we can provide you with a quote prior to proceeding with your interpreter booking).
