Victoria’s skilled migration program offers nomination for two key visas:
- Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) this permanent visa is perfect for skilled migrants who wish to establish their lives anywhere in Victoria. It offers the security of permanent residency, allowing you to fully integrate and thrive in our diverse and dynamic communities. There are currently 200 places allcated to this visa.
- Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491), ideal for those looking to settle in regional Victoria, this provisional visa provides a pathway to permanent residency. Living and working in regional Victoria opens up a world of opportunities while enjoying a relaxed lifestyle surrounded by beautiful landscapes. There are currently 180 places allocated to this visa.
Have an existing Registration of Interest?
It’s important to note that all Registration of Interest (ROI)s submitted remain valid for the consideration under the 2025-26 program. A new ROI is only required if the information you previously provided has changed.
To express your interest in the 2025-26 Victorian nomination program, you’ll need to:
1. Ensure you meet the current eligibility requirements.
2. Update your SkillSelect Expression of Interest (EOI) to reflect your latest details.
3. Submit a new Registration of Interest through the Live in Melbourne portal.
Invitation Rounds
