About the role
As a Registered Migration Agent at Regional Migration Australia, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and up-to-date immigration advice and assistance to prospective and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reviewing, and lodging visa applications, skills assessments, nominations, and related documents.
- Managing client case files, including documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking through Migration Manager.
- Liaising with the Department of Home Affairs as required.
- Providing guidance within the framework of the Migration Agent’s Code of Conduct.
- Collaborating with Partners, other Agents, and Migration Coordinators in a close-knit team.

Who we are looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice.
- Have at least 2 years of industry experience (current MARA registration is essential).
- Are proficient in using tools like Migration Manager and LegendCom.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have exceptional attention to detail.
- Are a self-motivated individual with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
