This allows workers with desirable skills to live and work permanently anywhere in Australia. You must be invited to apply for this visa and be under the age of 45 years.
Once this visa is granted you will be able to;
- Work and study anywhere in Australia.
- Sponsor eligible relatives for permanent residence.
- Become an Australian citizen, if eligible.
To be eligible for this visa, your occupation must be listed on the Skilled Occupation List provided by the Department. You may also need to complete a skills assessment for your occupation to prove you have the relevant skills to perform the work.
